When claiming warranty from us, buyer covers the return shipping cost to our company address and to re-ship back to buyer. However if product is self delivered and thereafter collected from our outlet (EQUIPZONE) in Amcorp Mall, Petaling Jaya, Selangor there will be no shipping cost involved.
